11月のテーマは Thanks giving です。 |

Thanks giving is observed in the United
States on fourth Thursday in November and in Canada on the second
Monday in October. In the United States, the first Thanksgiving was
celebrated at Plymonth,Massachusetts in 1961,one year after the pilgrims
died because they did not have enough food. The Native American were
kind to the pilgrims and showed them how to hunt,fish,and how to grow
corn and ather vegetables. When the Pilgrims and Native American had
the first Thanksgiving feast,they gave thanks for their food and their
health and safety. Today,people in both the United States and Canada
celebrate Thanksgiving with family and friends and a large meal. A
Thanksgiving feast might include:turkey,stuffing,vegetables, sweet
potatoes,cranberries,and pumpkin pie. |
